This hotel is nice and the staff was friendly. The workout room was spacious and had a variety of equipment. In fact, everything was spacious. On Wednesday evening there is a small reception in the dining area. It was really nice and you can tell they put a lot of thought and effort into making it nice for guests. The facilities were a little dirty (stains on the sofa, carpets, walls, etc), but that can be hard to keep up with. Our room also had a terribly musty odor to it. This morning when we left, it smelled like raw sewage outside, so we weren’t sure what was going on with that. Hopefully those were one offs. Those are just small things; we’d definitely stay there again.

The service at this hotel is great! The rooms are large. Beds are mediocre and for handicap accessibility, no walk in showers only shower/tub combo and tub is very slick-take a mat. Breakfast is ok. Large variety but hot foods are sub-par. Microwaved. Staff is very accommodating and super friendly. The hotel was full it seemed the entire 6 days we were there. Near a mall area and some restaurants. Not close to downtown area. Less traffic. They do have 2 elevators and handicap accessible rooms are at opposite end of the building from elevators. I definitely recommend them just take a bath mat and eat at your own risk for breakfast.

The hotel rooms are beautiful. High ceilings on the first floor as well. Not sure about the other floors. But the first floor is great. Rooms are clean and we have a whole kitchen including a fridge, stove, microwave and counter space. The bathroom is spacious as well. Also service animal friendly.

It looked and smelled very clean! Furniture and appliances were like new. Room was very roomy and comfortable. Staff was well dressed, and friendly! Price was reasonable.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, it was amazing. It was one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at. The room did not disappoint, it was big & had everything we needed. The staff was amazing. The breakfast was really good. Housekeeping was respectful of our request. Will definitely stay here again.

Really great location! Near all of the great shopping spots like Target , Five below, JC Penny, Ultra, Academy, and Tanger Outlets. The hotel smells fresh when you enter and is clean. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The hotel has basketball courts, and a.swimming pool. The breakfast each morning had hot and cold options such as cereal, yogurt, breads, Texas waffle and mini waffles, and hot entrees. There is a small shop up front for your snacking needs. There was a business area and a workout room. There was plenty of towels in our rooms. There was no hand soap at sink, but we brought our own. We couldn't hear noise from other guest, but we could hear noise from the highway up on third floor. We would still stay here again.

Excellent customer service and nice rooms. Noted that my door was tight on the frame and did not shut all the way unless I firmly pulled it closed. As I was in and out during a busy time, I noticed this might be the case with other doors on the second floor. This should be checked throughout for safety reasons.
